Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Nitrous injection

i had a 25 then 50 bhp kit on a old mondeo i had, it was a 1.8, that put out the same bhp as a 2.0, before the NOS :thumleft: (some 170-180bhp with NOS) NOS is alot of fun, but put too much in and its gunna be an expensave lesson. Also put it into a worn out engine recklessly, and its gunna kill it....

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] ct 20b turbo

Re: New exhaust!!!

I would have also forked out for a Berk de-cat with flexi built in. That downpipe will crack. i have been looking at this, is it the flexi that makes the berk better? or is it reinforced? :-k :-k if its the flexi, i noticed you can get 3" flexi's off ebay, and it got me thinking of getting a t...

Re: Rev1 & Rev2 Turbo 440cc Injectors Capabilities

I don't get the Rev3 conversion either, I know it's relatively easy to do using all OEM parts, but I can't understand why people don't just fit a half-decent 2nd hand standalone system for the same amount of cash and a lot less time messing around. When you figure the cost of the Power FC into it, ...

you can go on the dvla's website and view all the old MOT's from any car now, you just need the reg and reg document number (iirc) :thumleft:

but dont forget some cars may have the milage in KM's not miles, and if its a untouch import its likly to be KM's :thumleft:

Re: What sort of brake setup are you running...?

Just come nack from my first track day, thoroughly enjoyed it but was cut short due to the pads wearing out. I was on stock pads/discs etc and really suffered with brake fade and wobble after only a few laps. Let them cool for 20 mins and they came back. Its something im looking to improve. I can g...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Reducing front end lift and generally improving front end grip

i am no expert on aero dynamics. however, my first thoughts, are have you tried removing your rear wing (tempary) and seeing if that makes a difference at speed? the way i see it, is if it is pressing down the rear, it could cause the front to alter its angle of attack (ok so i know i am talking a ...

Re: What battery for a rev3 turbo?

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but what is the difference between a L2 and a 005L battery? I only ask as my rev 2 has the L2, and it dosnt fit right in the battery box, the top clamp is approx an inch or 2 above the battery :? That sounds dangerous  when I bought my first mr2 from hasti...
