number of times i have ssen this and heard it - could just be the pcv breatrhing a little heavy. Try fitting a catch can first nice cheap £30 mod

The rev 1 fuelling was designed to run the ct26 - not the ct20b, and there fore will run out of info on what to do past the 5k rpm range. If it was hot and you had been sat in traffic then yes this could happen - should clear though once you get going and get some nice cool air into the intake and over the intercooler

Check:
Plugs
Rotor arm
dizzy cap
Leads.

Also check all boost hoses for leaks/splits as well.
