If you can get enough of an order together pallets is the best way to ship. I send TNT to fetch me stuff from the US on pallets and its £700-£800 ish for 1 pallet and just over a grand for 4 pallets that weigh nearly 1 ton a piece. They can also do all your customs and duty stuff for you.

Any decent paint shop will do it . I use auto supplies , bolsover chesterfield . They can go off the paint code or if they are not sure what that is they use a magic camera and it takes a pic of your paint and matches it up .

Mine sits at about 1200 rpm from start up and doesn`t rise at all.

You right Karl, Having certain period and rare parts would not detract from the value . Having the wrong engine I think will even if it is great.

Just to throw some fuel on the "import tubby" fire. Lee (Uglee) just sold his mint 2GR for £6k it was spotless and had a full custom alcantara interior. Far more BHP and bang for your buck in a 2GR conversion for the same money. So it does skew the tubby price a bit. Although that sounds ...

If its all straight that looks pretty good value . Check out the prices on a rev 5 tubby on yahoo japan . If you havn`t looked I think you will be shocked how much one costs .
