Hi i have a straight runner inlet manifold so my throttle body is now in the boot!

mr2ben does a kit came with a foot longer cable than stock when i got mine irrc pm him and see if he can do the lenght you need?

You could try a decent bicycle repair shop. Place near me makes custom race pedal bikes and I always used to get him to make various cables for my motor bikes. Any length with any type nipple on the end wasn`t a problem .
