Frank, will be good to get you along to a few trackdays

Erm

- I may be stating the obvious

- but are you looking to get a second set of alloys for trackdays? I'd certianly recommend that, and then keep a

'pristine' set of rims and tyres with

(eg F1s) on for the road.

For trackdays, I used to use whatever was the cheapest tyre I could find for all foru corners of the car.

I did end up with some

'interesting' mixes

- eg F1s on the front, Hankooks on the rear

- but playing about with tyre pressures in most case got you close to balanced handling.

You plotting on doing any skidpan training before trackdays

?
