Hi Scott, i am talking about CRD.

I agree thats a very fair price for the work you've had done and im glad you're happy with what was carried out.

But i have been told by countless others to give em a wide berth.

The general concensus i got was to stay away.

With regards to their high powered cars, i have been told most of the mods are already on the cars when they import em, and to me that dosnt qualify as having built em.

A couple of years back I looked into buying a modified tubbie from their forecourt.

When the car came off the boat it wouldnt start.

Each week i phoned to see how they were getting on with the car and was told it was only an elictrical fault soon to be remedied.

Needless to say i never saw the car running and didnt buy it.

Turns out it had a wrecked cam.

It makes me dubious about their

"we only import grade 4.5+ cars" claims, considering i never got to see the jap auction report.

Anyhow in the last couple of months ive since seen that car again, and this time it was in getting fixed in Hypertech in Bonnybridge.

Apparently the car has had plenty of major problems for the owner since purchasing it.

(maybe the owner is a member and can enlighten us?) To sum it all up, I can only make decisions based on what ive heard, and it aint good.

Maybe Calder are perfectly fine, but im not going to take a chance on em.

I knew someone would come in to defend CRD, so ill make it clear, im not looking for a big

"CRD are great" argument, just offering an honest opinion based on what ive heard and my experience with em.
