[All] [Turbo] Defi Boost gauge problem

Hi,
I have a Defi boost gauge but today it sort of stopped working. It still lights up doesn't perform the start up sequence and the needle doesnt move at all. The other two gauges (oil pressure and water temp) both work fine. Anyone had any simialr issues?

Thanks :thumleft:

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Insuring a Rev 2 Turbo T-bar!!!!

Is it save to assume that they dont cover a Turbo T- What do you guys insure a T-bar Turbo as? Is it simply MR2 GT Turbo for the purposes of insurance or does...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Insuring a Rev 2 Turbo T-bar!!!!

[Mk2] [Turbo] Lowering Advice

I'm contemplating upgrading from the standard suspension on my Rev 2 turbo to improve the handling and also the look. I can't really afford to go for a coilover set up so am going to opt for some lowering springs. But I've got a bit of a strange concern. My car has a Motoria exhaust system. This sys...

[Mk2] [Generic] Where do I put the axle stands?

OK, I'm prepared for getting blasted but I thought I'd ask before I do any damage to the car.

Where is the best place to jack the car up from using a trolley jack both front and rear and where can I place the axle stands? Any pic pointing out the where would be MUCH appreciated.

Thanks :D

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Car feeling unstable at speed

hmmm, thanks for the responses. I will get the 4 wheels alignment sorted soon. But I'm worried that there is something else wrong with something like the steering rack. I guess I need to get it on to the ramps and see whats going on.

[Mk2] [Turbo] Car feeling unstable at speed

Hi, not had my MR2 long. I've noticed that when I'm doing over 60 mph (where its legal to do so) I get the feeling that even when I'm holging the steering straight the car front seems to be swaying side to side. It feels as though the wheels are turning. I slowed down a bit and turned the steering r...

Need to get my t-belt changed too. How much labour should I expect to pay for it? Also might get the water pump done too.

[Mk2] [Turbo] Timing belt and Oil

Hi, I'm a newbie to the world of MR2s and have just bought my self a Rev 2 T-bar Turbo. I come from having owned 4WD cars so getting used to the lively handling of the MR2 will be interesting! Anyway I want to get the timing belt changed asap. How much should I be looking to pay in parts and labour ...
