ye if you take it off the sock and off the turbo pipe end , then you can move the cooler away to the side and then get access to the plugs , but they were only changed in november to xxxx colder grade plugs , so they wont need doing anytime soon
ye i heard about those wired aswell , theres a connection about a foot from the cooler ( where the black hose also has a join) and then its all 1 set of wires all the way to the back of the display.

the oil is gathering on there because you prob got a leak from the rocker cover gasket , common thing . as for keeping it going ........... i wouldnt , get it changed as soon as ,,,, i had mine done in my work and they quoted me 35-45 mins for the job
