Personally I wouldn't tell them, as Paul says, easy things to remove, but to be honest they probably wouldnt check, unless something fell onto the engine lid etc.

How do you know your motor is producing 225BHP?

IF
your car is producing 225 at present, then 15psi should see about 235/240 BHP with 240lbs of torque.
