in terms of gens i'd put the original xbox in between the ps2 and the current gen, there's no way that the ps2 could run Halo, and the pads just weren't suited to FPS, having it chipped definitely swayed me more towards the xbox for playing games, but the same was true of the ps1, they sold tons more when the first chips became available.


I only purchased an original XBOX early last year for the emulator/media centre perks and for those alone it is fantastic piece of kit
