Im the biggest FF geek. Ive got FFXI on PS2 on NTSC but ive never got around to playing it.

Missing out it is one of those games tho, that you have 2 put alot of hours into it, bit geeky really how much i've played it over the last 2 years, hell ive spent whole sundays playing it like 20hrs straight

Would rather play FFxi tho than watch TV, cant be done with TV rubbish

Im the biggest FF geek. Ive got FFXI on PS2 on NTSC but ive never got around to playing it.

Sadly I can better your claim to the geek throne - I imported FF6 (known as FF3 at time of launch in the US) for £70 (thats a lot of pocket money back in 1994) when it came out in the US as it wasn't released in Europe.

Had to buy a convertor as the Super Famicom (the US only SNES) cartridges weren't compatible with other regions!

Me and my dad must have played that game through about ten times between us - even better than FF7 IMO though obviously it has more nostalgia value for me!

I also bought FF1 - FF6 again for the PS1 when they re-released them. I have all the FF games except FF online!

Luckily my girlfriend is really into the games too so the only disputes in the hosue are over whose go it is when a new FF gets released...

Lol, im still more of a geek havnt played any FF before 7, but played 7 8 9 10 10x2 and now play ff11 online, now the playtime for this game so far is...........


103 days 20hrs and so many minutes thats actual play time

I do like my FF, ive only played 7,8 and 12 though. I have a limited edition version of 7 for the PC.

The US SNES was called a SNES as well, it was the Jap one that was the Super Famicom

I paid £90 for SSF2 on Jap import the day after it was released out there, so about 4 months before it came out over here, and I'd already bought a Super Famicom for it especially

Yeah yeah got the tshirt!!!! I had em all, FF2 and 3, Mana, Chrono Cross, Bahamut Lagoon, Mana 2 (both jap only!) I sold my snes just 2 years ago for just shy of 500 quid!! Managed to get most of my money back from the old days!! I still have the games too courtesy of my xbox!! And i own every FF game INCLUDING the online one!!!
