Placed an order in May for a gear knob, steering wheel and handbrake handle. Didn't receive or hear anything for over a week so phoned them, no answer. Emailed and got no response but had a message on my answering machine the next day saying their shipment was delayed. Tried phoning and emailing again with no success, then out of the blue the gear knob shows up at the start of june and the delivery note marked "to follow" on the steering wheel and handbrake handle. Not heard or seen anything since.Phone just rings and rings, sent about 7 emails with no response over the last couple of months.
Now given up and gone to my credit card company to try and get my money back.
Shockingly bad service and I strongly recommend nobody uses them, it's like they think if they ignore me I'll just go away and they can keep my money.Got their address so if I dont get my money back through the chargeback I'll be paying them a visit.
