[Mk2] [Turbo] got 2 error codes, any help please

Intake air temperature signal
[THA, E2]
Whenever a short circuit or a circuit detachment in the intake air temperature sensor is detected for over 0.5 seconds.

Turbo pressure sensor signal

Whenever a short circuit or a circuit detachment in the turbo pressure sensor is detected for over 0.5 seconds.

i think they might be linked to the AFM as i've changed the filter in the arc, and think i might of damaged it as its so fragile???

If thats what you've recently changed then it seems likely.

Both circuits run through the AFM unit so it's more than possible.

Check the simple things first - connector firmly in place etc. but I'd have to agree with your first diagnosis that it's probably AFM.
