Choosing a 'different' colour is tough mate, I went for it in the end and it's definitely a marmite thing

Unbelievably I then went and finished it off with chrome wheels ! Something I thought I would never buy. I like the result but the comments range from wow to urgh

That looks good mate, dont normally like green but the chrome sets it out nicely...looks like the green than came on the Del Sols.

Im sorry but I have to say that looks awfull imo it might look okay on a really kitted up modified 2 but personally it wouldnt suit your car at current.

got to say the green looks like a porsche from the seventies ~(before i was born) m mate had a matchbox superking 1976 porsche 911 rs in that sort of colour - me likey

as for the op's car in the photoshop it looks good - but needs to be more lurid - and subtly kitted - sorry - but it will be super cool if you do that

I like the colour but agree with pretty much everyone that the bodywork needs to look a bit beefier.

At least change the rev 1 splitter to rev 3, it just looks so much better! If you put a rev 3 splitter on, some deep dish alloys, lower it a bit... it might just work. Some GReddy skirts and Aeroware front lip would look even better

Chrome finish will always look good on a bright colour IMO.
