boring really.

I ordered a Delimiter of someone on Ebay.

They sent me diagrams on how to do this but the diagrams were for a Manual MR2 and NOT automatic.

I have found the speed sensor on the gear box that i need to work with.

It has three wires, a positive, a negative and a signal sender.

Can anyone please tell me what wire is what.

Obviously if i mess with the wrong wire the dam thing wont work.

Is there anyone who knows the colours of the wires and what they are for

Thank you Guys!

Unfortunately the automatic car has TWO speed sensors, one for the gearbox and one for the road speed.

If you fit the ebay converter

(moves the limit to 180mph by converting kmph to mph), it doesn't do anything with the gearbox speed sensor.

Your speedo will read in mph, but if you ever drive your car hard,

(hey it's a sportscar) it won't change up and will hit the rev limiter instead

(embarrasing) and your power steering will stay on until 80mph.

The only way forward is to buy a clamping delimiter converter, where a separate signal is sent to the speedo

(mph) and ECU

(KMPH capped at 170kmph).
