Must be good to be back on, welocme back

Like what Steve has suggested there, the UK plate over the letterbox works well, as do the clear lenses.

But I don't think you'd pass the MOT if you take out the toblerones

- you'd need to add the UK spec sidelights which are normally positioned in the arch just behind the wheel.

Alternatively I think you can get some clear toblerones form eBay.

- might just take it to an expert as I assume I could damage the de-mister wires if I just pull/scrape it off?

Be careful with a stanley knife!

Get a hairdryer and heat one end of the sticker up then start to peel the edge with a blade

(take care not to touch the heater wires).

Keep the heat on as you peel.

It will take a while but slowly move the hairdryer across the sticker and pull the sticker as you go, it should come off in one piece.

Then yeh acetone or meths should get rid of the sticky cr@p left behind.

I can't find any instruction guide for these on Tein's site.

I just want to know how to set the damping, i.e which direction, etc, to twist the adjustment know.

You'll have 16 levels of damping IIRC.

The knurled metal knobs

(

) on the top of the topmounts are what control the damping, if you didn't know already.

Turn them clockwise until they stop clicking

(don't apply too much force, just enough to know you're at the last click).

Then rotate anti-clockwise slowly feeling the clicks as you turn.

Each click is one level of damping change.

When wound fully clockwise, call that level 1, the hardest setting.

Level 16, the softest setting, is fully anti-clockwise 16 clicks

(but don't turn it more than 16 clicks).

For road setup I have my Tein Flex on about 14 front and 12 rear so that's 12 clicks clockwise for the rears, and 14 for the fronts.

Some do 12/10 and for track you can crank it up more.

Really depends how xxxx your roads are but I can't really go any stiffer tbh!

HAs might have different damping rates then Flex too so just play with it until it feels right for your setup.

HTH mate.
PLEASE NOTE EDIT ABOVE IN DAMPING SETUP!!
