New price of £7200.

Will be breaking it up if it doesn't sell.
Please indicate what bits you're interested in.
I'll do my best to price it up.

The car as it is, is a pig to drive around. The engine just wants
to be revved. The titanium exhaust is just too loud.
I believe down sizing the turbo, injectors, fuel system,
a suspension change and a re-map would make this a super fast
road/track car.
I don't have the time, energy and interest any more to pursue this
hobby.

So...

New Exhaust
New turbo
New injectors
New fuel system
New suspension
Mapping session

:-k

To any potential buyers:

Don't change a thing! [-X

Any car that has the potential to do a low 10 second quarter, is not going to drive like a stock/mildly modified one. Please don't be fooled into thinking it can. It will consume LOTS of fuel, and need constant fettling to get the best from it.

This car has REAL potential, and with a little bit of work, could be one of the fastest in the country (possibly the world). If I had the money, I'd have it off you in a heartbeat James.

Someone buy it and show the Skyline/Scooby/Evo boys what a real car can do. :thumleft:

I'm hoping to be up at Perfect Touch this Sunday
for the rolling road meet.
Would be a good opportunity to view the car.

would be a crying shame to break this car! its an awsome peace of kit an deserves to be kept together and pushed on the strip to see what it can ACTUALLY acheive! Earl hit the nail on the head with his comments. never will it drive like a normal mr2, as simply its not

i was enquiring about buying this ages ago when andy at power vehicles had it up for grabs before harlow got it. pity this wasn't going up for sale in feb as i would have snapped it up! too many other commitments at the moment

Did you make it? What power did it put down?

Didn't make it to Perfect Touch 'cos i couldn't get the car
onto the trailer! The trailer was too high. Silly excuse but there
you go. Didn't want to chance it driving there.

The previously damaged crank has been replaced with a
new toyota 2.2 crank and the flywheel with a new OS giken one.

a 2.2 crank from what engine? who done the machining etc to make it fit the block?

all this is stuff anyone interested in buying will want to know, plus seen as most on imoc are aware of the issues you had it would be sensible to put full details of the repaire up. save being asked over an over again

good luck with the sale as the car is an awsome bit of kit, hopefully it'll go to someone who will use it as its ment an look after it properly

As in first post, the crank is a 5s crank which is used in the
toyota camry engine. This crank is used in most 2.2 upgrade.
All work done by Century Motorsport.
Front pulley, crank, flywheel and clutch all balanced.
