I have recently increased the boost and done some AFR logging.

Setup:
- JDM rev 2 turbo
- stock ECU
- CT27 turbo
- SSAC/XS-Power intercooler
- 3" downpipe
- stock exhaust and B-pipe
- stock air filter and housing
- stock fuel pump, injectors, rail etc.
- MBC
- additional Innovate LC-1 wideband lambda to monitor AFR

Below are two AFR logs, accelerating from ~3000 rpm to near redline, one at ~1.1 bar and one at ~1.2 bar. It seems that there's plenty of fuel for this setup even at the redline but I have a lean area around 4000 rpm. Lean area is more lean when the boost is higher.

This is preventing me boosting higher than about 1.05 to 1.1 bar as it goes too lean to be safe.

Is this typical in rev2 stock ECU? Have you seen anything that would suggest this kind of behaviour in the ECU maps and would this be easy to map away with the upcoming add-in board?

Or could this be a fuel pressure problem (fuel pump has possibility to use series resistor or bypass it). How does ECU decide when it bypasses the resistor to increase flow?
