How have you got any air flow into the boot though, or are you relying on the fans?

the entire area under the fns is cut away plut there are 3 large vents in the boot lid - flow is upward so cools the oil rad too.....only ever use one fan as they are so powerful!!!

Looks sorted =D>

Notice any real difference? did you go from stock IC to charge cooler or did you have a decent IC before?

Fizz, is that a WI jet that is going into the rubber sock? How have you mounted it? I havn't fitted my jet yet as I'm still deciding where to put it :-k

I'm thinking of drilling and tapping the edge of the CC just before it gets to the rubber sock (although it is very thin), may have to weld a nut on the top.

its 'screwed in' with lots of loctite and there is a retaining plate atached which is held down by the dodgy looking jubilee clip - this lot enables me to run 1.4 bar with a woppin 15 deg timing with no det whatsoever!
