It has steering fogs, leather/suede seats, it also has the retract button for the mirrors.

I just presumed that they were the folding ones as they don't have any resistance when you manually fold them
(just make a single click sound, not a grinding sound).

Best way is to see if you're getting current at the wiring plug into the mirrors and if you are, then to whip the actual mirror out of the housing to see if there's still a motor in there!I think the motor mechanisms are similar/same across the Toyota range
(similar model years) and they are quite easy to replace.
If you come across a relay for a pair of ST185 Celica mirrors in your searches, let me know!!
