[Mk2] [Turbo] replacing coolant + bleeding ??

When i come to refil my coolant system.. what would be the best coolant of choice?? should i stick with Toyota Forlife? or is there a cheaper equilivant or better alternative??

also, what procedure do i use to Bleed the system?

stick with forlife mate,then you cant go wrong

oke koool... so how about bleeding ??

how much 4life would i need to do the whole system? and how much will it cost?

if you want to bleed the system go to this link & follow the walk through, I think it says on this link that you need 13 ltrs of coolant but i would check just to make sure.

yea bgb kinda helps... but im having to squint my eyes to read it!! i notice it also has the torque settings for all the bolts internal and external of the engine.. but i cant see what they say :shock:

has anyone got a 'Blown Up' copy of BGB ??
