What tyres did you have BTW as i looked at them and they looked like lightly grooved slicks
Still my 11.9 made me happy- just gotta sort the compressor surge to get 1.7 bar and some better tyres and the times should come down a bit more.
Was good to see my terminal speed was the same as Xxxx's and he was running 11.2
...Toyo R888. They are completely road legal too so no worries there 
I have to say though, they are in my opinion a step up in terms of grip when compared to more road orientated rubber, but, due to their track aimed design they have a very stiff side wall, so great for taking corners. The problem is, when you try and run more drag aimed tyre pressures (ie 12/15 psi) you'll find that the tyre wall just doesn't bulg out like they would on a drag spec radial. I've had them down to 8 psi and the bloody things still looked fully inflated lol 
But if you want serious grip off the line you really need the right tools/tyres for the job
