Yes you can but only from Toyota, they are about £150 for both sides. There called rocker panels. Ive just done mine and i used sills for a micra 93, they cost £30 the pair from hadrian panels they were aparently the closest match to a mk2 mr2. They had to be shortened and bent a bit but ive welded them in place nicely over the top of the origional sills.

The need to be bent to make the curve correct, It is hard to make them fit and if your welding over the top of the origonal sills the wing wont line up to good because the sill will be sitting further out. so ive had to put a skim of filler on the bottom of the wing to even it out. You cant tell the difference. Im probably going to put some side skirts over the top anyways so all will be hidden

Hmmm I think Opel Manta sills might work for this, but I had mine fabricated from scratch...

I needed new sills on both sides, local bodyshop advised that that replacement sills were not available for MR2 so I've now got mk4 golf sills - they've been made to fit well and look very similar to originals - cost me a bit of money though....not sure if I was robbed or not :-k 8-[ Image

Well thanks for all the replys guys.

Im leaning towards cutting out the bad bit and underlapping some steel. Problem is,i really dont want to be able to tell where the sill has been repaired.

I suppose skim filling where the new piece is welded in is the only option.

I like the idea of complete new sills but they sound a big job.
