rear lights

I know its souns like a atupid question but can anyone tell me how to take the rear lights out to change a bulb??

Cant see how to do it lol

Prize off the amber triangle at the side and undo the 2 screws in there and the one at the top on the inner edge above the centre panel, then just pull on it and it should pop off. Obvious from there.

Just be careful when you prize off the triangle reflector not to crack it. Ease gently with a flat head screwdriver.

...and put a bit of masking tape around the end of the screw driver to protect the plastic if you slip etc...

and when placing it back in the toolbox make sure the pointed end is facing down so not to stab yourself when getting it back out.

why are people suggesting screwdrivers inserted into the lense ?

the orange trigle has a raised bit to it- stand at the side of the car place hand on triangle - curl fingers over the raised part and pull towards you..

it comes out !

no need for screwdrivers !!!

no they were my original rev5 lights - but i think you'll agree they are in spotless nick

heres' the part numbers from Toyota for the bits you are missing mate - think only about a tenner each..
