I know its souns like a atupid question but can anyone tell me how to take the rear lights out to change a bulb??

Cant see how to do it lol

Prize off the amber triangle at the side and undo the 2 screws in there and the one at the top on the inner edge above the centre panel, then just pull on it and it should pop off. Obvious from there.

Just be careful when you prize off the triangle reflector not to crack it. Ease gently with a flat head screwdriver.

and when placing it back in the toolbox make sure the pointed end is facing down so not to stab yourself when getting it back out. :D

And make sure you don't leave your toolbox in doorways for people to trip over :eye:

why are people suggesting screwdrivers inserted into the lense ?

the orange trigle has a raised bit to it- stand at the side of the car place hand on triangle - curl fingers over the raised part and pull towards you..

it comes out !


no need for screwdrivers !!! [-X

We're not all as clever as you Frank nor as good with our hands and especially fingers ;)

BTW - can you put rev2 triangles in rev3 clusters?

And the rev3 lights I will hopefully be fitting tomorrow apparently belonged to you prior to Becci and now me lol.

no they were my original rev5 lights - but i think you'll agree they are in spotless nick :wink:

heres' the part numbers from Toyota for the bits you are missing mate - think only about a tenner each..
