Inlet manifold as that's what is going into the engine.

(if you wanted to setup a guage);

so it shouldnt be connected to the boost controller hoses?
so anywhere like the bov pipe, map sensor plug, something like that yeh?

So that means my turbo is actually boosting to prob a fair bit more than 1.2 bar.

Once I change the intercooler to one with a better flow rate will I then have to re-adjust my avcr to compensate?

Should still be fine, any of the vacuum pipes that come from the inlet plenum will do.

I posted to do with this a bit ago.

there is actually an unused area to get a reading from.

if you look down the back wall by the boot catch and look down that gap.

off the back of the "twin entry turbo" bit is a tiny bit of pipe capped off. Apparently you get6 a better reading off this

More than likely no.

Your boost controller is set up by what boost it is reading at the intake manifold. By installing a better intercooler you will most likely have less pressure drop and the end result will be your turbo working LESS hard to make the same amount of boost ;)
