If they know the"job" and the members are happy with them there won't be a new lot in every year will there? All that will happen is that the team will consist of those people that the members feel are best suited for the role.

If that's the current team then so be it, if it isn't then there is obviously a desire for change.

That way you get a better representation of the voting.This would have probably given a more even spread of votes
(as opposed to 1-2 people with 50% of the votes and the people down the bottom with less than 10!!) and would have probably stopped there being a tie at the end of it.
