There are probably a total of100 MR2's in my cuntry so i will have to buy the tank from either the U.K.

you could also try hong kong- closer to you and has a big
"JDM" scene, or japan, or australia
/ NZ.
sourcing a tank will be easy, finding someone willing to ship one may be harder.
it may even be cheaper to have a rectangular tank fabricated in your own country.
as it wouldn't take a fabricator too long
(probably a day?) and I imagine labour costs aren't too bad.
