Going by your description, if you disconnected the drip links, the ARB wouldn't of been under load.
Are you sure the ARB bushes aren't worn?

Nah- when i disconnected the droplinks the noise went away

Not tried reinstalling yet, i have a feeling that might cure it as the BC links came with lock nuts hence they might have felt tighter than they actually were.

Might get around to it today given the decent weather

But if I read it correctly
(which I'm probably not
) it equates to well over
£100 for a set and then you have postage costs

Plus if something goes wrong with them god knows how you'd set about returning them or even complaining.
.
.

I've had the rear ones delivered by TFS today, fitted them and am very happy.
More than happy to recommend them

Dunno the nagisa ones look thicker than the TFS ones, also they specialise in suspension arms and bracing so I doubt they make a shoddy product.

Also i've read that with thicker ARB's you have more load on the droplinks, as iirc one of mine was bent when I replaced the last ones.

Do you have aftermarket arbs? If you could please keep us updated on how your current droplinks fair up in a year or so, do you drive your car in the winter?

I wasn't saying that the nagisa ones looked shoddy
- just that it's an awful lot of money especially before any postage costs.
My main concern would be returns if something went wrong with them

I have a new polybushed rev1 ARBs on my car front and back.

I will keep you updated on how my drop links fair, although I'm sure if I have any issues with them they would be speedily replaced.

The car used to be a garage queen but is now used daily and will be seeing action this winter
