Get rid of the bullit connectors and the block connector and it looks like you have built a bonfire out of coloured twigs and your just waiting for a spark and it's only a matter of time before you get one.

Start again by taping the wires to make it look like a loom.

Make up a fly lead with plug for each gauge and colour code with tape so when you need to take it apart you will know what gauge plugs into what plug on the loom.

Insulation tape in different colours is available from most auto shops.

oil temperature sensor-loom

(grouped with other wires) into the dash-four wires for the oil temperature gauge insulated together-colour coded tape
