Well just thought i let you guys know what i've had , i had a red 93 t bar mr2 but sadly insurance was silly and couldn't afford to keep it for long. but i was lucky enough to buy another mr2 t bar 92 off my friend who had it in garage getting engine replaced (took the garage 3 months to replace engine) guess that was a small indication of the bright sparks working on it , i got on a classic insurance so was super cheap to insure but didnt get any no claims, the car was running fine for 6 months then right before tax and MOT engine started knocking really bad and alternator went joy and big problem i was tight on cash

had to make a very hard decision had no place to store the car to fix and my mechanic skills a very very limited i let the car go for spares kinda regret it now . so at the moment ive had to buy a little run around to get my no claims up my aim is to get a mr2 turbo , so thats my story at the moment!

You will probably end up drooling over tubbys for sale on here so I don't give you too long before you buy one regardless of your financial situation! Lol. They are addictive!!
