Hi All,
Im from Tamworth and looking for my old Tubby, as i miss her lots.
Registration Number is G143PWT
She is a Import Turbo in Metalic Green, a few mods only.
Has been all over Europe including Italy, Monacco, France, Germany and others.
If anybody has info on the car, please send it to me.
I never should have sold her.
Many Thanks
Sid
According to the dvla website

Im guesssing with the date of liability being so long ago and it being untaxed it might be dead and gone?
Shame, i cannot think of any other way of trying to find the car.
Can you still apply to the DVLA to find out who the current owner is??
You can register interest in the number plate, the DVLA will write to the owner with your contact details. Althougj I'm going back years so may not be the case anymore.
As far as I'm aware there is no way to find out a current keeper legally unless you are the police or dvla
All I can suggest is sticking up wanted adverts on here and mr2oc
The car isn't taxed, mot'd and probably not insured (although obviously only the registered keeper can check for free on askmid) so I'd presume it dead....

Anybody can check any car on askmid, if you tick the box to say you own the car, you don't have to pay.

Thus technically commiting fraud by false representation if you dont own the car lol
Hence I said free if your the r/k. God knows how they would follow up or enforce any violations though

yeah, could be ANYONE from ANY computer though, what's not to say i just bought that car then sold it back? either way, there's no insurance on it, it's either scrapped or laid up somewhere, the DVLA tax database doesn't always show scrapped cars, i had a car years ago that i scrapped, still appears on the database.

Data protection act has been in place since 1984!
Lol, yeah i know crazy eh.
I checked today, and if you have a certain type of business (which i dont) you can get the details through Equifax now to.
You can still apply through the DVLA, but have to provide a very good reason for wanting the details.
Wanting to find you old car, is not a good engouh reason apparently.
In any event, thanks for the helpfull comments (not the gone in 60 seconds ones) quite funny though
Im guessing the car is on the way to the big scrapyard in the sky, if its not already there.
