[Mk2] [NA] Gen 7 Celica steering wheel on a Mk2 Rev3

Hi,

This has probably been covered but can a gen7 Celica steering wheel fit the MR2 Rev3?

I saw a picture with one fitted, but Im not sure if the pic was photoshop'd.

Any info would be great

Yes, direct fit. Had one on a previous rev3. Same wheel as the MR2 MK3. Had a gap of about 1/2" between wheel/hub but not bad. The Celica wheel has an airbag. My rev3 didn't so just left it in place but unplugged. You could probably remove it but not sure about that.

If you have a gander at my build thread I have a gen7 vvti one fitted

Looks the part and was easy to fit.
Only bit that may take some fiddling will be the horn or airbag depending on your rev

Im going to get one of those steering wheels at the weekend and fit it to my 95 Rev3. I dont have an airbag so I will just fit the horn.

Karl I really like the pic of the interior lights in the dark reflecting off the engine lid. Car looks awesome.
