Hi All, Would i need to up the fuel or anything if i up the boost to 1.1 on my Rev 3 turbo? i dont want it running lean and melt me pistons lol

Rev3 turbo ECU has inbuilt maps for 1.1bar, and runs massively rich at the top end (AFR <10) for protection. I wouldn't worry about running lean.

Excellent, im in the process of installing a intercooler and ebc. Just want to check the fueling was going to be ok.

You can still get detonation, but you won't run out of fuel. There is enough fuel for around 330rwhp on a gen3 3sgte.

You must use the top grade of fuel, 99 octain all the time and to be safe I would set you timing to 8 deg

Awesome info on this forum. i run it on super unleaded with is 97 i think is that no gd? My m8s a mechanic i expect he will understand the timing thing is that a must to change the timing?

97 will be fine, although 99 is better.

It isn't "must" to retard the timing from 10 to 8 degrees (set at idle with E1 and TE1 in the diagnostics port shorted), but it will help prevent detonation.

the standard fuel pressure regulator is a 1:1 rising rate one.

so if it senses 1psi more boost, itll increase fuel pressure by 1psi also.

pretty handy :thumleft:
