quick question, washer size?

before i go and change the oil, how big is the copper crush washer on the sump plug? thanks

It's not copper and or a crush washer :wink: My local Mr T gives me one free when I buy a new filter :D

what is it called and where can i get one?, too skint to be buying them posh toyota oil filters haha sure looked washer shaped the last time to me?

You'll find a genuine Mr T filter is just as cheap as a Halfords one :wink:

You'll most likely be fine reusing the old washer, I've compared an old with new a few times and can never see any difference.

the toyota washer features a paper-like layer (or membrane) which aids in sealing buy absorbing an amount of any escaping oil and acting as a barrier against any more.
