Best thing to do is to go out as is

(make sure they are all the same to start with) then once you've had a decent run and got them up to temp come in and measure them.

A good start would be to aim at about 2bar hot

you'll find that the outside 2 will rise more then the inside so you may need to let more air out of some than others.

You don't want to overheat them

, even road tyres will go off and you'll be amazed at how much the grip drops away when they get too warm.

Keep checking this after each session

- you'll find the harder you push it

(or the dryer it is) the more the tyres will go up.
