i've just been reading some more of it, i'm disgusted, somebody compared it to"handing a wallet in to the police" and after if nobody claims it, it's yours, bit different with a 10k motor i think!!!
the guy is a thief as far as i'm concerned, it could have been somebodys pride and joy, there could be a million reasons that car has been abandonded, if the guy had a shred of decency, he'd have used that club to look for the real owner, i notice he'd not disclosed the full number plate too, w4nker!!

If it was reported to the police,(as the guy said he did) being parked on public roads with no tax the police would have picked it up in a few days.
![]()
It is strange somebody would leave a 10k for 2 years.Even if something happened to me my friends and family would sort these things out for me.

Agree about the untaxed should have been collected. However I dont think they should crush them.
They should auction all but those in a unroadworthy condition.
Auction those needing minor repairs/servicable items to make so.
Too many cars get lost this way and this would generate more revenue I gather overall than a crushing fee and hasnt it already been said that its better for the enviroment to maintain an existing car than build a new one? One fot he lobbyist there!
