You've got an aftermarket dump valve tee'd into the pipe that feeds the intercooler right? But your car still has the stock recirculating dump valve which dumps boost pressure back into the air intake.

So you're effectively running 2 dump valves

Unless the stock one is disconnected and is just there to plug the hole.

The setup in the top left of your engine bay seems a little odd.
