Where do people wire these to?

The engine bay fan? or to a Switch in the cabin?

What would be best for the engine?

Cheers

Me personaly, ran a seperate feed from the fuse box in the engine bay, then ran a switch into the cabin with inline fuses etc to keep the system safe,
Better for me as i dont want them on constantly![]()
Very easy to wire up(bearing in mind im useless at electrics)
thats my 2 p![]()

not sure how similar a na is to a tubby but:-
on my tubby i have it so that my engine/intercooler fan is fed from a switch up front so i can have it on all the time once warm more usefull in a turbo tho.![]()
The twin fans are then fed from the orig engine fan socket, so come on/off as engine increases, decreases in temp.![]()
however one of the fans will have to have its own ground as it monitor's current pulled thru the neutral/ground on the orig plug.doing it this way it fools it into thinking there is only one fan.

Switch is very simple to do, this way in the winter your engine isnt running too cool![]()
