my 2 goes to work 4 days a week and out maybe with the mrs if i take her out,
the fastest i drive is 70-80 and rarely do i go on motorways to do that ,so this drag factor does not come into it, i dont do track days i just appreciate the good looks of the car hence why i bought one,
its an n/a that really is quite quick if you ask me but it isnt a tubby it seems like everyone is speed obbessed yes i could build maybe a 450bhp car but when could i use it,
licence would be taken away in no time im sticking with the good looks, hey my n/a suits me down to the ground i get lots of looks from people and that suits me roll on when i can afford my 2 scoops. :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:
she's all comming together nicely now after a fair bit of cash spent, not bad for just an n/a now for some body kit i think.

Meanwhile back in the real world........

Lets get back to comparing our mr2s with fibreglassed stick on snorkels to a buggati veyron and a mercedes mclaren formula one car ](*,)

You have to respect IMOC it never fails to produce the goods!

Each to their own I say ...... How many people have bodykits / different wheels / exhausts / lights / rear spoilers / painted and detailed engines etc Toyota must of spent millions developing the mr2, wind tunnel tests, performance and handling tests.... but we all love to add our own little extras just make our mr2 ours.

So go with the flow and dont knock other peoples styling (some may not be to everyones taste ) but I think we must all agree we love driving our mr2's

Well thats my opinion anyway ..... :oldtongue:

scoops, periscopes, ears, whatever you call em. im not a fan. but as said its each to there own. and if every one drove the same standard cars it would be a boring world.

we wouldnt have inovation without ridicule.
