Hi, Just thought that Id resorect this one to let you guy's know what the problem was causing the Apexi to run so lean. Its was the new GM boost sensor! The Apexi ECU assumes that you are using a stock pressure sensor, so where Id fitted the new one, the signal coming back to the ECU was of the wron...

Would you happen to have or know were I can get a Rev3 engine wireing harness diagram? I have a Rev2 diagram for comparison. Anything will do, sketches etc....

With referance to the MAT sensor, did you cut open the harness and splice into the +5v line, or did you pick it up on the ECU?

Ive just rebuilt my engine and have got to the stage of carrying out the managment system conversion. Hi Spannerman, Thanks for the info mate, I see the theres no Torque the bolts down then turn 90', is this true for the rev3 (65lbft) and no degree? as you are probley awear the rev2 require the the head bolts are torqued to 36lbft then rotated 90'. jay@sbits No mate fitting a rev2 ss multi layer gas...

As far as I understand there are a few slight differances between the two versions, but why would you want to fit a rev3 gasket to a rev2?

Not looking to good trying to mate a rev3 manifold to a rev2, Iv'e allready had the TVIS plate machined and butterfly rod holes tiged, I was only considering this mod because there's one going on ebay and thought that it would be a good way foward.
