I forgot to say about the SC engine, is that it is a late AE101 MAP version

Save up for an engine conversion. No point going power hunting and doing it half ar$ed. My sentiments exactly :clap: One of the things that I didn't like about both the NA and SC engines that I've had in this car, is that though it was always quick, (relativly speaking) as soon as I had a passenger...

I've got a black top complete with ecu, loom and all other bits. also a complete sc loom with fuel rail. igniter, crank angle sensor in fact everything except ecu, also there is a complete engine already wired with ecu, big pully, lsd gearbox and the ultra hard to find long drive shaft all removed r...

I got mine from Carol Nash as a classic with a limited milage of 5k per year fully comp agreed value, no claims was not an issue as it was on a classic policy and it cost a little over
£200.

and if nessesary I will buy new, but when I ring up Toyota they ask for a chassis no and model no and I have neither, this is the kind of info that will be helpful.

sounds like injectors to me, my Mk1 stands for long periods and the way I get around this problem is red X injector cleaner
/ lube, squirt a bit into the tank every 3rd or 4th fill up.

Levin SC Gearbox Conversion To MR2 mk1
Does anybody know if it's possible to change a front wheel drive gearbox to a rear wheel drive, and how I might go about it? ie; selectors need to be swapped from front to rear.
