Back from the Bodyshop HELP!
Mines not the supreme example seen on the other thread, my restoration seems mundane in comparison, but nevertheless here goes.

I'm going to add pictures to this threat and if possible could you lovely forum members tell me where the part fits to or how to fit it.

Front Inner Arch / Top Mount Rust
I'm losing the orange and going back to black and doing a lot of the prep work to reduce the tears when I get the bill. Anyway I've taken the front arches off and around where the suspension mounts to the body, not the actual top mount but the area around it. Has anyone repaired this? looking for ad...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] sill restoration, where to start?
Thankyou that helps me out loads.
Now i know what it should have looked before.
Im just wondering why the centre section of the inner sill
has no box section beyond the end one like most pictures of sill repair ive seen.
Yours has a middle section.
Is this due to different models? Or been taken out?

Re: [Mk2] [NA] sill restoration, where to start?
Thats giving in too easily. A car of that age i was expecting damage. Im going to be replacing the really bad parts and treat it as much as i can. If i did buy another car i would prob expect to find the same problems. The sils are the biggest problem so far. Im doing the majority of the work myself...

[Mk2] [NA] sill restoration, where to start?
I have removed the outer sills on my car to unearth a whole heap of problems RUST RUST and more RUST. I have cleaned away most of the rust and been left with well not a lot of inner sill. As I am welder and fabricator I thought I could tackle this myself. But now i am unsure as how to patch and stre...

DECAT
Exhaust DECAT I've seen loads of decat pipes on ebay and loads of decat systems including the mongoose one and was wondering given that the cat requirement date is Aug 1992 (and many are for 1993 onwards cars) why are so many of these being sold and are they passing MOT emissions? The reason I ask i...

Re: MR2 Newb
