Revision 3 and 4 JDM, and revision 3 UK engines are the same. Revision 4 and 5 UK engines have exhaust gas recirculation and so lose ~4bhp, and also have transponder coded ECUs and slightly different wiring looms. I can't see any differences between the REV3 and 4 regarding the ACIS, I'm going to be putting the whole inlet manifold/ACIS from my REV3 onto the REV4 anyway.

I guess the emission control and lower power is in the ECU map rather than anything mechanical.
