I have a Kakimoto on my rev 2 turbo .The flexy and downpipe are not standard.
I have had my flexy replaced by exhaust maker in Darlo.

I have won the oldest member race as mr22 wont reveal his age. :lol: I shall be 63 in april.
Had my turbo 6 years.
From experience,anyone using reliability and lotus elan in the same sentence is defining optimism.

ring round your local H.G.V companies and H.G.V.repairers.

They will have suppliers for 80mm and way beyond.

Thats how I repaired mine.

i have a rev2 turbo with unichip which was mapped to 16psi at fitment.

I have since fitted an after market intercooler and will take it back when I find time to increase the boost.

At 0.75 bar,yours is below its capabilities

Snapped mine at 6500 revs in 2nd shortly after I got her.

Changed ALL belts following weekend with much cursing BUT no damage at all.

I have had a Kakimoto Racing exhaust on my rev2 tubby for years and will not part with it. It is very large bore from the downpipe with single exit stainless steel back box. Relatively quiet on tick over,does not drone at motorway speeds.but plant your right foot and get on the cams-----really howls...

Nice twist how the length of the route was in direct proportion to the size of the ladies bladders. :D
