Speedo

Is it possible to change the clock face so that your speed goes up in mph but the clocks will still rise in kph?

This is what I have been told happened on import to a mr2 that I am looking at.

Is it easy to put this back to kph as I prefer an import in kph.

Turbo or na

I'm looking at getting a mr2.

I just can't decide whether to get a na or turbo.

I will be using it as a daily driver and i am swaying towards the na thinking it will be easier to fix and maintain should I get any problems. Am I right in thinking this?

What are your thoughts?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Handbrake sensor

Hi I'm not sure what he set the multimeter to. (it was my mate at work) he tested the wire that goes into the handbrake sensor/switch. Does this mean there is a fault with the wire?

this is not major but just a tad annoying, my key is really hard to turn in the ignition, its like when the steering locks on but i always loosen the pressure off before i turn the key, do i need a new ignition barrel? how much are these? thanks

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Handbrake sensor

Thanks again, I'll buy a multimeter and check it out, how easy is it to check the sensor in the Brake fluid?

Also are these sensors easy to get hold of? Do you have any Peter? Thanks

Thanks, roughly how many screws should I need to take out? Is it just the straight piece that needs to come off?

[Mk2] [Turbo] Handbrake sensor

Hi, I think my sensor is faulty or has come loose on my handbrake as my handbrake light won't go off and all my brake fluid levels are perfect. How and what is the easiest way to get to the sensor to check it? Thanks
