immaculate rev 2 turbo

Post by andy_mr2_1987 »

I cant believe I am having to do this but after long thought I have decided to sell my beloved Toyota mr2 gts turbo. The main reason for selling is for family reasons (need a car with more than 2 seats and 2 doors ) I searched for over 6 months to find the perfect unmolestered mr2 and when I say perfect I mean perfect. The chap I bought it off had had it for 4 years and had done everything you could think off to maintain the car, he was an mr2 enthusiast and had several different mr2’s. (he had to sell all his cars for medical reasons) The bodywork on the car is immaculate and I would challenge you to find a spot of rust, dent or scratch on the bodywork (she is immaculate) always Washed and waxed every week

Mechanically the car runs perfect, it is very smooth and boosts as it should, there is no smoke at all. To be honest you have to see it to believe how good it is, this is my 3rd mr2 and by far the best. I have just had a full service, had new callipers all round and brake pads at the rear. I have also recently (about 5 months) put a new seal on the t bar as they were slightly worn.

Engine wise it is pretty standard apart from a blitz induction kit, intercooler and full mongoose exhaust system. The only other modification is the toms airscoop, I have always been undecided about this mod, I do have the cover plate so this could easily be taken off and put back to standard

The car is sat on 17 inch alloy wheels that are in excellent condition (look like brand new) and all the tyres are like brand new. Its also sat on a set of coilovers.

There is a alarm and immobilser

The mileage is about 73000

The interior has leather seats that are in excellent condition and it has all

the usual mr2 electrics. (all working including air con)

There is around 11 months mot (passed with no advisories) tax is till September

Always run on high octane fuel!!

Thanks for looking, you wont be disappointed!!!! im sure i have forgotten bits so any questions please contact me.

pricewise i am after £1750.

I think you're about right. It is a 'marmite' colour though so the right person may not have seen it yet.

£1750 sure can get a lot of car for the money these days!
