Ordered a front brake caliper slide overhaul kit because i had a sticky caliper ordered from Sbits as their was alot of good feedback from them and they seemed to have good delivery times too.

I placed&payed for the order on the 14th with a promise of delivery in 2-5 working days. 5 working days came and went called on the 6th no answer so i rang no answer emailed twice still no reply phoned again yesturday 10 working days later still no answer.

Very disapointed as I think I will have to replace the disk and pad on that side now too instead of just new pins and grease as i use the car everyday for work.

just a shame after all the good press I had heard about them i will not be using them again and if i dont get my item by tuesday i will have to open a dispute with paypal to get my money back

All received this morning Top class had a nice email from Peter.

It was totally out of their control and was a post office fault.

Top class service otherwise.

Whilst your chasing him can you get him to read the PM I sent him nearly a month ago about some stuff I ordered which hasn't turned up.

I'm trying to be polite and patient but the order itself goes back almost 2 months and no-one is getting back to me with an explanation as to why my goods aren't here. If this isn't resolved soon I will be lodging a dispute with paypal.
