Rules for posting in this forumThis forum aims to allow for feedback from Club members about the products and services they have received.
To support this, all posts in
'Trader Feedback' should be independent of the Trader/ Company concerned. The feedback should be provided voluntarily by Club members for the benefit of other Club members.
If any Club member is approached by a Trader/ Company and prompted or asked to leave feedback, they should report it in confidence to [email protected]
Positive Feedback1) State the name of the company/trader in the title
2) Leave brief details
3) The original poster
(OP), and the trader/company are invited to post on the thread, along with constructive comments by other members. All other posts will be removed from the thread at the discretion of the Moderator.Negative Feedback1)
Contact the trader in a reasonable manner in order to attempt a resolution off the forum first2) If this has not been possible, the OP starts a thread in this forum with just the name of the trader and details of their complaint in the first post

OP informs trader via email/PM/phone to alert them within 24 hours to give them a fair chance to respond4) If the OP believes his/her post may be inflammatory and could cause problems the
OP alerts Mods/Committee by hitting 'Report' on their own post immediately and gives the reasons in the report5)
OP/trader/Mods/Admin are allowed to post on the thread and constructive/helpful comments by others - all others will be removed without question 6)
Thread left to run for 7 days 7
) At the end of 7 days (or sooner if agreement is reached) the thread is locked Essentially:
If the OP doesn't follow any one or more of the above
- the thread will be deletedThe OP and the trader/company are invited to post on the thread, along with constructive comments by other members.
All other posts will be removed from the thread at the discretion of the Moderator.[/b]If someone starts a thread about an Affiliates's goods/services anywhere other than TF
- the thread will be deleted or moved at the Moderator's discretionFeedback left for a trader or company that has been banned from IMOC-UK Ltd will be removed without question.
