Post by dan the man »

Ok ive finally saved enough money to do some much needed work on the mr2 im doing all the work myself except specialist bodywork like spraying and stuff, however i need some parts and a few jobs doing if anyone can help or knows of anyone who can help me pm me or post here!

Job List:

Pair of front wings prefferably mica blue and must be in perfect condition if anyone knows of a place where i can get new ones for under £100 please also let me know!

If im getting new wings does anyone know how much it will cost to get them sprayed can anyone recomend a good cheap spayer in the manchester or nottingham area?

My rear arches also have the slightest bit of rust on them it is only a small area but it is not surface rust does anyone know how much this would cost to repair and can anyone recomend a place to get it done?

Clutch kit must be new where can i get one cheaper than fensport?

Drivers side window is making a nosie when it goes up or down does anyone have a new window mechenizm?

Gear stick gaiter looking for a new original one but one that looks simlar would be fine!!

Front egale badge emblem new or perfect condition

I think that is all but ill add more as i remember i am located in manchester and nottingham and can travel for most things cash waiting!

Wings from MrT are £110 ish or there's Honeybourne mouldings that do fibreglass ones for £56 each.

Clutch - Go to your local auto factors, a Blueprint one last time I looked was about £140 or a Valeo (think that's the make) for £75ish

Drivers side window mech - Jinxy or Jon @ STB may be able to help with that.

Gear stick gaiter - RhonsMr2 on the forum in the affiliates section does some top quality stuff. :thumleft:

Front egale badge emblem new or perfect condition - Again Jinxy or John @ STB. :thumleft:

What kind of noise is the window making? It may just need the cog.

Clutch- defintly go to motorfactors or ebay
